Bray Wyatt Death: Former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt died of heart attack, breathed his last at the age of 36

Bray Wyatt: The wrestler known as Bray Wyatt sadly passed away last Thursday when he was 36 years old. The Chief Content Officer of WWE, Triple H, shared this sad news on social media. Bray Wyatt was a WWE Champion once and a Universal Champion twice. He also achieved victory as a tag team champion.

Bray Wyatt: Windham Rotunda, known for his wrestling personas Bray Wyatt and The Fiend in WWE, has passed away at the young age of 36. Wyatt had been dealing with severe health issues, although these were not publicly disclosed.

He had taken time away from wrestling and television due to his illness. Shockingly, his family announced his unexpected and sudden passing today. Rotunda came from a family deeply rooted in wrestling; his father was Mike Rotunda, and his grandfather was Blackjack Mulligan. In WWE, he was prominently featured as the leader of the Wyatt Family.

Triple H Tweeted

Bray Wyatt’s death was announced via tweet by Triple H. He said in his post, “I just got a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda, who broke the sad news that a longstanding member of our WWE family, Windham Rotunda, formerly known as Bray Wyatt, died suddenly abruptly today. We ask that you please respect his family’s privacy at this trying time as we are thinking of them.

There were speculations of return

Wyatt couldn’t join Wrestle Mania 39. He was removed from TV a few weeks before the event, even though he was in a big fight with Bobby Lashley. In early August, there was hope he’d be back soon, with reports of his recovery, but sadly, he passed away on Thursday.

How was Bray Wyatt’s career

Twice-crowned WWE Universal Champion Bray Wyatt also once held the WWE Championship. Additionally, he and Matt Hardy formed a tag team that won the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship. He received the WWE Male Wrestler of the Year award in 2019.

Samantha and Rotunda were married in 2012, and the two of them have two daughters. But they made the decision to split up in 2017. Rotunda began dating JoJo, a WWE ring announcer who gave birth to a baby in 2019 and a second son in 2020, during this time. JoJo and Rotunda recently got engaged.
